Network Properties & Investments was founded by Richard Steele in 2014. Mr. Steele was a Mortgage broker before the market crashed. Even though he no longer did mortgages Mr. Steele wanted to still focus on a passion he loved “Real Estate”. Mr. Steele then would learn how to purchase properties without going through a traditional Mortgage. After many years of success, Mr. Steele has grown his team and Clientele. He has given homeowners a sense of relief by purchasing properties such as Tax deeds, Pre-Foreclosure, and unwanted homes.
